Julie Crook and John Cutrer selected the historic Miller Crockett Bed and Breakfast for their wedding ceremony and celebration. They immediately fell in love with its simplistic Southern elegance. The couple, not residing in Austin, was concerned about how they would be able to pull all the details together. Upon our initial meeting, Julie described her vision and needs for someone to coordinate her vendors. At that time, we scheduled to meet in two weeks for a tasting and complete mock up of her event. Julie was completely confident at this point in contracting Austin Catering to handle all the details for them. We used our resources to coordinate the ceremony music, floral design, entertainment, cakes, linen design and favors. We even delivered Julie's bouquet to the hair salon on the day she drove in for her bridal portraits. As always, their event coordinator was onsite the "day of" to coordinate the time line of their event and ensure that everything flowed smoothly. The event proved to be a perfect reflection of the couple's style and sentiment "elegant yet comfortable".
