Reheating Instructions

Reheating Instructions

Please keep in mind that oven temperatures will vary and all items should not go into the oven straight from the refrigerator; allow to sit on the counter for 15 – 20 minutes. 

Breakfast Items

Frittatas – Place in pre-heated oven @ 325° for 12 – 15 minutes covered with foil; can be re-heated in microwave on a low temp (power 3 or 4) for 30 seconds.

Breakfast Strata and Migas Strata – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 20 – 25 minutes covered with foil.

Can be re-heated in the microwave for 1 minute, covered with a damp paper towel.

French Toast Strata – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 15 minutes covered and then 10 – 15 minutes uncovered. Should not be re-heated in microwave

Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake with Streusel Topping – No re-heating necessary

Bacon – Place in oven pre-heated at 375° on a foil lined tray for 5 – 7 minutes.  Can be microwaved for 20 seconds at a time on a microwave safe plate with paper towels underneath and on top of bacon

Appetizers

Queso Blanco with Housemade Tostada Chips – Place in microwavable dish and microwave/stir in 30 second intervals.

Bacon-wrapped Shrimp – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 3 – 4 minutes, turning on the opposite side for an additional 2 – 3 minutes.

Grilled Chicken Quesadilla – Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, spray pan with oil or add a teaspoon of oil and spread in the pan, add quesadilla to the pan and cook for approximately 1 minute or until the tortilla is golden brown and cheese is melting, then carefully turn over towards the folded side of the quesadilla to prevent cheese from spilling out and cook for an additional minute until the other side is golden brown.

Dinners

Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 20 – 25 minutes, covered with foil.

Carrots – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 6 – 8 minutes covered.

King Ranch Casserole – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 20 – 25 minutes, covered with foil.

Bourbon Pork Tenderloin/Chicken – Cook @ 375° for 8 – 12 minutes covered for pork; 10 – 14 minutes for chicken.

Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Mac & Cheese – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 20 – 25 minutes, covered with foil.

Shrimp & Grits – Place in pre-heated @ 375° covered with foil for 10 – 12 minutes.  Remove from oven and add shrimp and tabasco butter.  Re-cover in foil and place back in oven for 6 – 8 minutes.

Blanched Green Beans – should be served at room temperature

Chicken Piccata – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 10 – 14 minutes uncovered. Add sauce and place back in oven for 5 additional with oven turned off.

Salmon Piccata – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 8 – 12 minutes covered. Remove foil and add sauce.  Place back in oven for 5 additional minutes with oven turned off.

Mac & Cheese – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 20 – 25 minutes, covered with foil.

Roasted Asparagus – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 4 – 6 minutes uncovered.

Trout – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 4 – 6 minutes covered and an additional 2 – 3 minutes uncovered.

Wild Rice and Broccolini – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 6 – 8 minutes covered.

Chilled Thai Soba Noodle Salad with Chile-Marinated & Grilled Jumbo Shrimp or Steak –  should be served chilled or at room temperature

Steamed Broccoli with Sesame Vinaigrette –

Chicken Dijonnaise – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 10 – 14 minutes covered.

Buttered New Potatoes – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 6 – 8 minutes covered

Blanched Green Beans – should be served at room temperature

Poached Salmon Filet – Can be served room temperature or place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 6 – 8 minutes covered.

 Poached Chicken Breast – Can be served room temperature or place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 8 – 10 minutes covered.

French-style New Potato Salad – should be served at room temperature

Sautéed Green Beans – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 6 – 8 minutes covered.

Beef Medallions – Cook in pre-heated oven @ 400° for 7 -9 minutes for medium rare, thermometer should read 125 – 130 degrees; For medium to medium well allow to cook an additional 4 – 6 minutes, thermometer should read 140 – 150 degrees; Then allow meat to rest for 5 minutes on the counter and temp will rise 5 more degrees.                          Don’t forget to top with Salsa Verdi.

Cauliflower Steak Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 10 – 12 minutes covered. Don’t forget to top with Salsa Verdi.

Orzo Pasta Salad Should not be heated but served room temperature. 

Parmesan Roasted Zucchini & Summer Squash – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 6 – 8 minutes covered.

Family Meals

Whole Roasted Chicken – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 18 to 20 minutes

Caramelized Onion Mashed Potatoes –

Mahi-Mahi – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350 for 6 – 8 minutes

Carne Asada – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350 for 6 – 8 minutes

Tortillas – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350 for 5 minutes

Cilantro Lime-Beurre Blanc – Spoon on top of fish or beef a couple of minutes before removing from the oven to eat.

Black Bean Refrito – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350 for 10 – 12 minutes
