Reheating Instructions

Reheating Instructions

Please keep in mind that oven temperatures will vary and all items should not go into the oven straight from the refrigerator; allow to sit on the counter for 15 – 20 minutes. 

Breakfast Items

Frittatas – Place in pre-heated oven @ 325° for 10 – 15 minutes covered with foil; can be re-heated in microwave on a low temp (power 3 or 4) for 30 seconds.

Breakfast Strata – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 20 – 25 minutes covered with foil.

Can be re-heated in the microwave for 1 minute, covered with a damp paper towel.

French Toast Strata – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 10 – 12 minutes covered and then 10 – 12 minutes uncovered. Should not be re-heated in microwave

Bacon – Place in oven pre-heated at 375° on a foil lined tray for 5 – 7 minutes.  Can be microwaved for 20 seconds at a time on a microwave safe plate with paper towels underneath and on top of bacon

Appetizers

Queso Blanco with Housemade Tostada Chips – Place in microwavable dish and microwave/stir in 30 second intervals.

Bacon-wrapped Shrimp – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 3 – 4 minutes, turning on the opposite side for an additional 2 – 3 minutes.

Dinner Items

Meatloaf, King Ranch Casserole and Stuffed Poblano Pepper – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 15 – 20 minutes, covered with foil.

Trout and Vegetables – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 4 – 6 minutes covered.

For trout an additional 2 – 3 minutes uncovered.

Pork tenderloin and Chicken Dijonnaise – Cook @ 375° for 8 – 12 minutes covered.

Allow chicken and pork tenderloin to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Beef medallions – Cook in pre-heated oven @ 400° for 7 -9 minutes for medium rare, thermometer should read 125 – 130 degrees; For medium to medium well allow to cook an additional 4 – 6 minutes, thermometer should read 140 – 150 degrees; Then allow meat to rest for 5 minutes on the counter and temp will rise 5 more degrees.

Short ribs, Mac & Cheese and Stuffed Chicken – Place in pre-heated oven @ 375° for 12 to 15 minutes covered.

Whole Roasted Chicken – Place in pre-heated oven @ 350° for 15 to 20 minutes

Smoked Salmon – Only allow it to come down to room temp.  It should not be heated.
